If you're experiencing crashing occur during play this can occur for a number of reasons, such as apps running in the background, a significantly older device that is no longer able to run the game correctly, your device not being up to date, a large of amount of items in your inventory and not having enough memory on your device.
If you're noticing the game crash by completely removing you out of the app, we advise following our troubleshooting steps below.
- Close any apps that may be running in the background on your device.
- Remove any unwanted apps and photos to help free up space on your device.
- Remove unwanted items from your in-game inventory such as Shards, Runes, Talismans, characters and Common Souls and restart your device
- Ensure your device is up to date
