If you're experiencing freezing occur during play this can occur for a number of reasons such as apps running in the background, an unstable wi-fi connection, a significantly older device that is no longer able to run the game correctly, a large of amount of items in your inventory and not having enough memory on your device.
If you're noticing the game freeze we advise following our troubleshooting steps below.
- Close any apps that may be running in the background on your device.
- Remove any unwanted apps and photos to help free up space on your device.
- See if you notice a difference when playing the game using wi-fi vs. device data.
- Remove unwanted items from your in-game inventory such as Shards, Runes, Talismans, characters and Common Souls.
- Restart your device
Please note, if freezing is occurring during battle this may be caused by certain characters or Talismans so we advise to swap out members of your team. We also suggest noting down the characters and Talismans you had equipped and the battle this occurred in and provide that information to our Support Team at support@
