Some characters that are purchased in the Frontier Store are deposited directly into your inventory. If you don’t see a soul for them, it’s likely that they’re already waiting for you in the “My Team” menu.
If you can’t find them in either location, fully close and restart the game to help catch your device up with the server. As long as the transaction was successful, you’ll see your new character after a few minutes of play.
