If your in-game purchase seems to have failed, please wait a few minutes before attempting to purchase the pack again. In the meantime, check your email inbox or device purchase history to see if the transaction went through.
If the transaction has gone through on your end, the purchase might still be processing for delivery.
If you don’t see any results from your purchase within an hour of play and after restarting the game, please submit a ticket with your receipt, order information and account information so that we can investigate and correct any errors for you.
