If the in-game Store is not loading, this may be due to a connection issue. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.
Step 1: Force quit and reload the game
Step 2: Upon reload, play 1 level while connected to a strong and stable wi-fi connection
Step 3: After completing that level, tap to enter the Store
Step 4: If connected to a VPN, ensure it is disabled
Step 5: Ensure you are close to your router for a better connection
